The Positive Journey™ guide teaches that whatever we send out into the world is mirrored back to us. We know if we
send love out into the world, love will be returned to us. And If we believe we are destined to never connect with the right
person, we will never connect with the right person. What messages are you sending out to be manifested in your life?
Why aren’t you attracting the man (woman) of your dreams? Could it be because you have predetermined that there are
only losers out there…so, you only realize losers out there. Perhaps you just don’t believe you are lovable or worthy of
love…so, the energy you are projecting proclaims, “I am unlovable! I am not worthy of being loved!” Remember, the
universe is very efficient in reflecting our words and thoughts back to us. Take the time and care to rethink your
thoughts, behaviors and verbal expressions to convey positivity.
Do you believe that you have the power to attract your soul mate into your life? We do. And if you agree with us, we invite
you to try this six months to a year commitment to daily journaling and visualization to attract your soul mate.
Let’s Begin…
(please substitute male/female nouns/pronouns as they apply to your ideal mate)
If it is love and companionship that you seek, you must connect with your divine selection or soul mate. This means you
must clear your aura of all negativity in regard to men and love. You must come to a place where you can sincerely
forgive, trust, love and appreciate men.
You must also learn to forgive, trust, love and appreciate yourself. You are invisible to love if your aura doesn’t reflect it.
What’s a girl to do? For the next six months to a year …everyday without fail, you will:
1) Begin daily journaling about your soul mate. Envision him. Create him. Note his appearance and his
characteristics…down to the tiniest detail, if you like. If you wish to give him an occupation…that’s okay, it will add to his
personality. However, do not name your soul mate, a nickname will do.
2) You will soon begin to create scenes of how you will meet, conversations you will have, etc. You can make these as
detailed as you like. The details should involve your senses. Sounds, smells, taste and touch aid in the creation of vivid
scenes. The point is to experience it as clearly in your mind as possible. You will actually be writing a love story of
sorts…yours.
3) Each evening (before drifting to sleep) you will visualize these interactions in your mind, as if a movie was playing.
The only rule here is to ALWAYS repeat the initial meeting. Don’t worry if the face of your soul mate isn’t clearly seen.
4) Observe men. Everyday write down at least five positive things that you have observed a man doing during the course
of your day. Stuck in a convent? Write down something positive from a book you’re reading or a show you have
watched. Add these daily entries into your journal before or after your writings about your soul mate. (If you are reading a

5) Know that you will soon meet your soul mate. Believe it! Never get caught up in wishing or hoping, as this brings
doubt which creates negativity. Just expect him!
